Ichigaya is a young woman with long black hair. She wears glasses and a business suit. Ichigaya maintains a constant air of professionalism, and is always shown to carry out her duties as a member of the bureau. As an observer, Ichigaya's body has presumably been enhanced for the purposes of collecting a large amount data. Ichigaya is completely dedicated to filling her role, and has no personal attachment to the other members of the RA Bureau. As such, she has no problem disposing of the others if they start to get in the way of the operation.

She then informs the group about the apparent suicide of the diver Yasushi Kamijo.
