Ichigaya maintains a constant air of professionalism, and is always shown to carry out her duties as a member of the bureau. As an observer, Ichigaya's body has presumably been enhanced for the purposes of collecting a large amount data. Ichigaya is completely dedicated to filling her role, and has no personal attachment to the other members of the RA Bureau. As such, she has no problem disposing of the others if they start to get in the way of the operation.

She then informs the group about the apparent suicide of the diver [[Yasushi Kamijo]]. After analyzing the mystery phone call received by [[Shinkai Tsuki]] and [[Yotaro Osato]], the caller's identity is determined to be [[Tomoya Shonai]], whose details are handed over to Tsuki by Ichigaya. After Tsuki and Osato's encounter with the [[Kamui Fan Club (Pending)]], Ichigaya provides Tsuki with her analysis of [[KamuiNet 25]], describing it as a dark net community of [[Kamui Uehara|Kamui]] believers dedicated to his return, and connecting the Fan Club to the stabbing incident.
