The Regional Adjustment Bureau is a secret organization that operates within Ward 25. Their role is to administrate the Postal Federation and carry out adjustments, and they believe themselves to be the shadow government of the 25th Ward. However, it is suggested that their understanding of the situation is limited, and they are actually themselves controlled by the Postal Federation. They are the central faction of the Matchmaker scenario in The 25th Ward: The Silver Case.
