Yotaro Osato (大里洋太郎, オオサト ヨウタロウ, Ōsato Yōtarō) is a character in The 25th Ward: The Silver Case. He is a member of the Regional Adjustment Bureau, and along with Shinkai Tsuki, is one of the main characters of the Matchmaker storyline.
Appearance and Personality
Yotaro Osato is the newest member of the RA Bureau and the partner to his superior, Shinkai Tsuki. He has short, fluffy, black hair and wears a black suit with a teal colored tie.
