Mitsuki Hajima is a character in The 25th Ward: The Silver Case. He is a major antagonist in the Matchmaker storyline.

Appearance and Personality

Hajima is a slim, dapper man in his upper middle ages. His almost completely grey hair is parted in the middle and swept to the sides. He wears a dark purple suit with a matching purple tie. Hajima is secretive yet smug and theatrical, frequently taunting Tsuki and Osato when meeting them. Ever scheming, he is shown to be an expert planner and manipulator working from the shadows.

Haijima first appears in "02 quiet cradle, when Shinkai Tsuki and Yotaro Osato encounter him at the Seaside Planetarium. He withholds his name from them, and asks if they have enjoyed what has happened so far. He cryptically hints at a people from Tsuki's past being involved, before saying that he has sent a present to their workplace. He then disappeared in a flash of light. Back at the Bureau, Tsuki would discover the "present" was the body of Yabukawa.
