[[Shinko Kuroyanagi]] responds with annoyance, and tells Shiroyabu to have the coroner bring them the key from Kamijo's autopsy. Shiro receives a call from the coroner, [[Hirooka]], who tells him that the key has been located and is on its way. In the garden, the group locate a hatch with a key hole. Description
This chapter uses the investigation into Kamijo's suicide to expand on the conspiracy within Ward 25, and elaborates on the structure of the Postal Federation by introducing the divers. It also introduces the remaining members of the 25th Ward Heinous Crimes Unit, which formally inducts Uehara as a member.
