They are a central faction in The 25th Ward: The Silver Case. Their structure consists of Deliverymen, who carry out adjustments in Ward 25, across several districts, each managed by a Diver. They frequently collaborate with Cleaners, to cover up their operations. Divers receive special training, likely superior to that of a deliveryman. Divers (and likely other members of the postal federation) receive large sums of money for their work, and their official identity is erased.
