Mad Doctor is one of the many Remnant Psyches present throughout killer7. He serves as the individual converting the blood collected from Heaven Smiles into Serum used to upgrade the personalities throughout the game.

Appearance and Personality

Mad Doctor sports a dark blue surgeon's outfit, complete with a white mask and set of gloves (the latter with bloodstains on it). He also wears white shoes and a black apron around his waist. His complexion is a grey similar to Travis Bell, and his hair is a light grey.

A running theme in Remnant Psyches, Mad Doctor has unusual eyes. His left eye, covered by his hair, is the usual black for remnants, with a blood stain accompanying it. His right, usually only visible eye, is a more typical, human eye. Close-ups of his model reveal both eyes have dark red irises.

Mad Doctor never speaks in game, and never leaves the confines of the Blood Room. No backstory is given to him, even in Hand in killer7.

Abilities

Using his blood machine, he converts the blood collected by the Killer7 into Serum.
