The Postal Federation is the official postal service for Ward 25, which also doubles as an official hit-squad, controlled by the Regional Adjustment Bureau. They are a central faction in The 25th Ward: The Silver Case. Their structure consists of Deliverymen, who carry out adjustments in Ward 25, across several districts, each managed by a Diver. Divers may be officially referred to as "claims processors", adjusting civilians who made complaints about the service's work. They frequently collaborate with Cleaners, to cover up their operations. Divers receive special training, likely superior to that of a deliveryman. Divers (and likely other members of the postal federation) receive large sums of money for their work, and their official identity is erased.
