The Postal Federation is the official postal service for Ward 25, which also doubles as an official hit-squad, controlled by the Regional Adjustment Bureau. They are a central faction in The 25th Ward: The Silver Case. Their structure consists of Deliverymen, who carry out adjustments in Ward 25, across several districts, each managed by a Diver. They frequently collaborate with Cleaners, to cover up their operations.
