She is able to spit highly corrosive acid that can melt through concrete, create worms made of darkness, paralyze people and release a cloud of poisonous gas from her fingers. History

Backstory

Very little is known about Cloe's past. At some point, she was imprisoned in a prison floating on the sea that would eventually be shut down. For one reason or another, Cloe was never transferred to another prison, instead she was just left there. At some point, she would become the twenty-third-ranked assassin in the United Assassins Association.

No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle

When Travis Touchdown finds Cloe in the prison, she is completely bound in a special holding cell attached to the ceiling. Travis avoids the laser tripwires and releases her. After her screams and acid spit intimidate him, Cloe decides to toy with Travis, paralyzing him before trying to spit acid down his throat with a kiss, but he manages to escape by stabbing her with his beam katana, giving Travis the opportunity to fight back. After beating her, Travis slices Cloe into pieces.
