Dr. Letz Shake is a character in No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle. He is the tenth-ranked assassin in the United Assassins Association. He is the sixth boss battle in the game.
Personality and Appearance
Abilities
Dr. Letz Shake has a specially designed Earthquake Maker in his body, allowing him to generate enough force to shake the area around. Unlike previously, Dr. Letz Shake has had its speed improved to the point it can create an earthquake in only three seconds rather than needing a minute's worth of powering up.
History
Backstory
Very little is known about Dr. Letz Shake's past. He worked together with Letz Shake, the former fifth-ranked assassin in the United Assassins Association, acting as Letz Shake's weapon.
No More Heroes
During their battle with Travis Touchdown, Letz Shake is killed and Dr. Letz Shake is nearly destroyed by Henry Cooldown, causing a massive explosion.
Despite seemingly being vaporised by the explosion, Dr. Letz Shake managed to be rebuilt and modified to be even stronger with a desire to get revenge on Henry and to defeat Travis Touchdown, the person who he failed to even fight previously. Later, Dr. Letz Shake defeats Henry and seals him in stone. He would also become the tenth-ranked assassin in the United Assassins Association.
No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle
When the United Assassins Association set up a battle royale between twenty-third to tenth-ranked assassins, Dr. Letz Shake fought against them but quickly killed every single one of them besides Travis Touchdown. When Travis walked into the arena, the two recognised each other with Travis saying that Henry was the one that beat him in the past before Dr. Letz Shake showed off the sealed Henry. Dr. Letz Shake would go on to talk about how his machinery being run by a human brain leads to him making irrational decisions such as wanting to beat Travis because of his pride. The two would fight, with Travis instantly being able to tell that Dr. Letz Shake had become much faster. In the end, Travis stabs his beam katana into Dr. Letz Shake's brain, causing the robot to explode once more.
Trivia
- The way that Dr. Letz Shake sealed Henry is a reference to how Han Solo was sealed in carbonite in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back.
