Marionette Mother is a mysterious character who appears in the manual for The Silver Case. She is placed along with important politicians, and is the president of Mulholland. However, she never appears or is explicitly mentioned in any game. As the Mulholland smoke shop has an entrance underground that eventually leads to the Shelter, it can be surmised that Marionette Mother is likely involved with the conspiracy of the Shelter Kids Policy.
In case#4:kamuidrome, there is a line from an unseen extra that may refer to Marionette Mother:
- "Do you know Mulholland? I've heard rumors about it. It's supposed to be an entrance to Paradise, with this super hot girl. And if you meet her, you can go to Paradise. I'd like to check that out..."

- Similar to Sundance Shot, Marionette Mother was originally planned to make an appearance in killer7.
