Spencer
Spencer is a minor character in killer7. He served as a member of the United States of America's Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Appearance and Personality
Spencer wore a dark black dress suit and pants, alongside a pair of matchingly colored dress shoes. His suit had a white collar, and a black tie. He had slightly thinning gray hair that reached down to his neck, and sideburns. Facially, he had long eyebrows and brown eyes, with generally sharp features.
Spencer is a collected professional, who commands order among the other Chiefs of Staff. He appeared far more undisturbed in the turn of events in comparsion to his comrades.
Story
Spencer was presumably born in the United States of America. He was appointed by a president of the United States as a member of Joint chiefs of Staff, and particpates in meetings at the Pentagon. In 2010, Spencer alongside the other Chiefs of Staff were called into a meeting as a result of 200 missiles being fired towards Japan from an unknown location. While the group struggled to decide in between defending Japan using their Fireworks countermeasure, or let the missiles hit. Spencer contacted the President of the United States during the meeting via telephone, waiting for his official decision on the matter.
