Backstory
Skelter Helter, real name Vincent, was the younger brother of the former eleventh-ranked assassin in the United Assassins Association, Helter-Skelter. He attended college with the money given to him by his brother from his job as an assassin.
No More Loser
Vincent met up with Helter-Skelter at a bar to receive his annual gift of money. Vincent said that he knew about his brother's job as an assassin, and told him that it was dangerous. Helter-Skelter replied that he didn't want Vincent to end up like him or their mother. Vincent accepted the money, but chose not to use it to protect his brother's honor. Helter-Skelter went to leave, telling him that they'd meet next year after he graduated. He warned Vincent that if he were to ever meet a blonde woman from Scandinavia, he should never associate with her, and to answer no to any of her questions.
The next year, Vincent sat in the same bar, waiting for his brother to show up. He received a text message from Helter-Skelter, telling him that he would be late after finishing up a job. Soon after, Helter-Skelter was killed in his fight with Travis Touchdown. Later, Vincent would meet a woman posing as a prostitute, Sylvia Christel, who his brother had warned him about. Sylvia would tell Vincent the identity of his brother's killer and ask if he wanted to join the United Assassins Association. Against his late brother's wishes, Vincent answered yes, taking on the name Skelter Helter and eventually becoming the fifty-first-ranked assassin.
No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle
Skelter Helter stood on the rooftop where his brother had been killed, waiting for Travis to show up. When the elevator in front of him reached the top floor, Skelter Helter pulled out his gun and repeatedly shot through the elevator door and at the caped figure inside, however, the cape was empty and Travis appeared behind him. Skelter Helter leapt away from Travis, ready to fight, but not before asking Travis if he remembered the location. Travis responded that it was the place where his first ranking fight was. When Skelter Helter said that he'd avenge his brother, Travis was confused and forgot who he had fought, infuriating Skelter Helter and causing him to charge at him and begin their fight.
Their battle ended with Travis decapitating Skelter Helter with his beam katana, causing his head to fly through the air before landing back on his neck. After Sylvia Christel, Talbot and Weller came to confirm the kill and dispose of the body, Skelter Helter woke up and revealed he was still alive. He said that in order to get revenge for Travis killing his brother, the person that Travis considered to be a brother, Georgy Bishop, would be killed that night, to burden Travis with the death of someone he cared for the same way he did. After exclaiming that this is the ultimate vengeance, Skelter Helter reached up to his hair and pulled his decapitated head from his neck, finally killing him.
