Personality and Appearance

Lovikov is a middle-aged balding man. He always wears a red tracksuit with white stripes. Lovikov is always seen drinking at the local bar. He acts as a mentor for Travis, warning him about the path of killing that he's on. He seems to have been similar to Travis in the past.

History

No More Heroes

Randall Lovikov lived in Santa Destroy, always found drinking at Bar Plastic Model. He taught techniques to Travis Touchdown whenever he would bring him the Lovikov Balls scattered around the city. Each of these techniques was named after a member of the Smith Syndicate in killer7. He would routinely give Travis advice, and always told him to "keep practicing". After teaching him all of the techniques, he told Travis that if he continued down the path of murder, Travis would become like him. He urged Travis to make his own path.

No More Heroes 1.5

Lovikov appeared in No More Heroes 1.5, when mafia members sent by Jasper Batt Jr. attacked him at the bar. He fought them off with wrestling moves until he was shot. He called Travis on the phone, telling him that he failed to protect the city. He revealed that his attackers are mafia, and that Travis is their real target. Lovikov tried to reveal who was trying to destroy the city, before the line was cut. He was then stabbed in the back and killed.
