Scope of this article?

What should the scope of this article be? On Save The Past, it gives a chapter summary and a section on the "validity" of Hand in killer7. While I believe that the last section could be omitted, should we have a similarly written chapter summary of the book, maybe with more detail? On the other hand, the fandom wiki's page is a complete copy-and-paste of (pretty sure) the deltahead translation.
