Personality and Appearance
Dr. Peace is a middle-aged man with dark hair and a mustache. He wears a gray suit with an eagle emblazoned on the back and flames on the sleeves, as well as a bolo tie. He wields two modified golden revolvers. As an assassin, Dr. Peace has no qualms about killing, and made a name for himself by exploiting his position as a police detective to operate within the black market. He has a love of combat and violence, and lives his life controlled by his bloodlust. Despite his criminal background, Dr. Peace is shown to have love for his daughter, and regrets not being able to reconnect with her.
History
Backstory
Dr. Peace, real name Pastel Brankino, was a corrupt police detective. He used his position to perform many illegal activities, and become known as the "one-stop shop for marketing illegal goods". Dr. Peace was also a trained assassin working for the mafia, which eventually caused him to be placed 9th in the United Assassins Association ranking. He had a wife, as well as a daughter named Jennifer, who at some point left him.
No More Heroes
Dr. Peace was contacted by the UAA to arrange his ranked match with Travis Touchdown. He chose Destroy Stadium as the location, as he always dreamed about performing in a stadium. He received a call from his ex-wife, and met her and Jennifer for the first time in 10 years. They dined at an expensive restaurant, and went out for karaoke afterwards, all paid for by the UAA. The entire time, Jennifer never looked him in the eye, and Dr. Peace would later say that the food tasted like blood.
Dr. Peace met Travis in the baseball diamond of Destroy Stadium, as he performed the song The virgin child makes her wish without feeling anything. He welcomed Travis and told him about his meeting with his daughter. He remarked that he and Travis were both like sharks attracted to blood. He told Travis not to die on him too quickly. He fired at Travis, sending him flying across the field. At the end of their fight, the two entered a quick draw duel, where Dr. Peace's stomach is sliced open by Travis's beam katana. As he laid dying, Dr. Peace said that his next song will be one that his daughter will love. His last words were wishing to sing with Jennifer. After he died, Travis placed the microphone back in Dr. Peace's hand.
