Seiji is a young man with light-brown hair and a goatee. In-game, his hair is red and he lacks any facial hair. He wears an all-white outfit with a sleeveless shirt. Seiji is said to be a good person, and he loves his fiancé. He lacks self-confidence and becomes depressed when he feels that he isn't able to properly express his love.

Seiji was one of 1,440 boys chosen to be raised as a "Kamui copy" as part of the [[Shelter Kids Policy]]. After his time in the Shelter, he was placed in an orphanage where he met a fellow Shelter Kid, [[Yuuri Otowaya]]. As children he and Yuuri swore that they would become the happiest people in the world. Some time later, they became engaged. Yuuri wanted to have a wedding in a church so that they would always remember it, but Seiji was against it at first.

Seiji appears in [[Request 08: Ave Maria]], visiting [[Lospass Island]] for the wedding. After arriving, Seiji lost his confidence and became distant, asking Yuuri to leave him alone to think inside the church. He was approached by [[Sumio Mondo]] on Yuuri's request. Seiji planned to express his love for Yuuri by playing the church's organ, but discovered that someone had untuned it to something other than the traditional setting. Displeased with the sound of the organ, he thought he couldn't bear to continue the wedding. He asked Mondo to fix the organ, which restored Seiji's confidence. Seiji attempted to invite Mondo to the wedding, but Yuuri would later reject this idea.

During the wedding, the couple met [[Toriko Kusabi]] while she was following [[Christina]]. She congratulated them on getting married.
