===Backstory===
Very little is known about Ryuji's past aside from him having a brother named [[Ryuichi]] whose the leader of a biker gang. At some point, he would become the seventh-ranked assassin in the [[United Assassins Association]].

===''No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle''===
[[Travis Touchdown]] would arrive at [[Iron Claw Point]] on his motorbike, the Schpeltiger, and encounter Ryuji who was riding his own motorbike. Without saying anything, the two fight. Travis manages to force Ryuji's bike off of the cliff but Ryuji manages to get back on the cliff and battle Travis with their beam katanas. The two fought evenly, however, Travis managed to overpower Ryuji who fell to his knees. When Travis went to check on Ryuji, he was suddenly gunned down by [[Sylvia Christel]], killing him for losing.
