==Appearance and Personality==
Mizoguchi is a somewhat reserved older man. He claims to have little relationship with the people living in his building, but he does feel sorry for [[Koichi Sugita]] for losing his friend.

==History==
Mizoguchi manages the Tyhpoon apartment complex where the events of {{CL|2}} take place. He lived in room 101 on the bottom floor. On the night of June 29th, 1999, Mizoguchi heard a noise from outside of his apartment. He ignored it, since he assumed it was simply one of the residents taking their trash out. At 4:00am the next day, he discovered that the noise was made when [[Kenichi Hiruma]] fell from the third floor balcony. He was later questioned by police as the [[Heinous Crimes Unit]] arrived to investigate the apparent suicide. On July 4th, [[Akira]] received the key to the inner garden from him to access Koichi's secret base. The next day, Akira questioned all of the residents of Typhoon and Mizoguchi invited him inside. He told him about how he found the body, and that he feels bad for Koichi.
