Kimmy Howell is a student at [[Destroy University]]. After seeing [[Travis Touchdown]] in action, she instantly grew a massive crush on him, causing her to become an assassin and participate in the National Student Assassin Championship which she won with ease. From there, she would become a ranked assassin in the [[United Assassins Association]] in a rank lower than Travis'.

After Travis defeated [[Charlie MacDonald]], he receives a challenge from Kimmy. Travis arrives at a park on the university campus and meets Kimmy who's instantly star-struck and nervous so she gives Travis a love letter she prepared in advance. He reads it as Kimmy plays on her flute. In the letter, Kimmy wrote about her accomplishments and her goal of beating and killing Travis so he'll be her's forever. Once Travis finishes reading, the two draw their [[beam katana|beam katanas]] and fight. Kimmy tries to put Travis in a triangle choke but Travis suplexes her to the ground, knocking her out and letting her live.
