==Appearance and Personality==<br />
Kasai wears a dark blue dress suit, fit with a white collar and red tie, alongside dresspants. He wears a standard pair of dress shoes, thick eyebrows, brown eyes, and appears to have balding gray hair. He also wears a of oval black framed glasses. <br />

Kasai was a sentimental indivudal, enjoying life in Japan, considering the diner he met at with [[Garcian Smith]] as "homely". He spoke in a hushed voice, and did not seem to have a problem when presenting the [[Smith Syndicate]] with their target, [[Jean DePaul]]. His experience in America and Japan alike made him a calm, collected negotiator for the two nations. <br />

==Story==<br />
Hiro Kasai stayed in Washington D.C. as a transfer student during the 1900's, frequenting a local cofee shop, and was at somepoint recruited into Japan's Liberal Party. In the following years, Kasai would betray the Liberal Party, and come into contact with the United States. Sometime during 2010, being sent by [[Christopher Mills]] to inform the Smith Syndicate of their next target, [[International Ethics Committee]] assassin Jean DePaul. He met with Garcian Smith and attempted to engage in small talk before presenting a photo of Jean, pointing Garcian to the [[KAKU Building]]. <br />

Months after the death of Jean DePaul and destruction of Japan, Kasai was placed in a set of bondage gear atop an unknown building in Washington D.C. by [[United Nations Party]] leader [[Kenjiro Matsuoka]] for betraying Japan during the events of Sunset. A wide eyed and off balance Kasai fell off the building's rooftop, dying instantly from a head wound as he struck a D.C. street. <br />
