The girl at immigration wore a modest bright red sundress, patterned by a variety of flowers and vegetation in the color white. She also wore a pair of black dress shoes. Her is a middling shade of brown (same as her eye color), her hair curtained on both sides of her face, reaching around to her shoulder. She wore a slightly pink blush on her face, and had pale skin.

Little is known about her personality, as she has no dialogue, but she appeared to be a quiet and put together teenager. She appeared visibly fearful when Curtis pointed his gun at her.
===As AYAME Blackburn===
AYAME wore a bright saddle brown school vest with a red tie, embroidered with a patch of a small figure wielding a cane. Below her vest, she wore a patched short yoke skirt, primarily a shade of bright scarlet red and a middle part stitched in the color of spring green, fixed with a large bow in the back. Her skirt was accompanied by a pair of dark violet over the knee boots with an assortment of buckles. Over her face, she wore an animegao kigurumi mask that had dark purple hair and subtly sparkling teal eyes. Underneath her mask, her hair was dyed a shade of red, and she had on matte rosy lipstick.

AYAME took her fictious role as "Chairman of the Educational Guidance Council" and her cosplaying persona of a "magical girl" type of character very seriously. She appeared to be a skilled killer, devoid of independent thought.

During the events of Target03:Encounter, AYAME traveled to an amusement park known as [[Ishiszaka Land]], located in Northern Seattle. While there, she assisted Curtis in loading children onto a bus for his organ trade deals and sexual pleasure. When the [[Smith Syndicate]] arrived in the parking lot housing the bus, AYAME introduced herself before engaging in combat, shrouded by darkness. The Smith Syndicate managed to defeat AYAME, but she was able to retreat before they could finish her off, departing alongside the smuggling bus. Soon after, the Smith Syndicate infiltrated Blackburn's Residence, where AYAME confronted them in a room filled with shutters. Using them to her benfeit, she hid in the darkness and continuously shot at the Smiths, before finally being defeated, her mask falling off to reveal the deceased teenager's face.

* During the development of killer7, AYAME's design was exponentially different from her final appearance. She dressed in a costume similar to that of the titular Sailor Moon, in both it's clothing and hairstyle.
* Unlike other chapter bosses, AYAME is fought twice.
* The Smith Syndicate appears to be unaware of AYAME's past, showing no reaction upon seeing her face.
